Position Overview (Zhrnutie pozície):

The role of a lean manufacturing engineer is to support production departments in continuous improvement activities and thereby achieve goals in the area of ​​cost reduction and increased labor productivity in accordance with defined activities and a timetable for their implementation.

Key Responsibilities (Kľúčové zodpovednosti):

• Leads and coordinates continuous improvement projects in defined production and non-production departments
• Implements lean manufacturing elements in accordance with internal rules
• Defines a list of improvement projects
• Supports the achievement of KPI goals
• Participates in creating a “Lean” culture in the company
• Optimization of technical procedures and methods
• Implementation of proposed improvements into work procedures and instructions
• Educates company employees about CI tools
• When performing work duties, ensure compliance with legislative and internal EHS requirements and participate in fulfilling company goals in the field of EHS
