Remote in OH, FL, NV 

This is a salaried position.

A caregiver in this position works days, 8:00am—5:00pm.  

 

A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

  • Develop and execute complex business development strategies to create new partnerships and alliances with managed care customers 

  • Explore, grow, and retain high volume and critical managed care customers and accounts, Cultivate new relationships, as well as up-sell current accounts 

  • Lead complex managed care projects and direct product implementation for Centers of Excellence, CMD, AtWork, Wellness and other Managed Care areas 

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to educate and attract new customers 

  • Lead sales opportunities for life cycle of relationship from new leads through contract execution 

  • Lead and assists in the development of Managed Care client roadmaps, engagement plans, and incentive programs 

  • Build strong relationships with clients and reinforce Cleveland Clinic brand in every interaction 

  • Understand complex health care topics and current healthcare trends, research, and related topics that impact employer's healthcare related expenses 

  • Effectively relays advanced knowledge of complex healthcare related topics to clients 

 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field. 

  • Strong leadership skills and potential for leadership growth 

  • Mentor and support account teammates as needed 

  • Thrives in recent sales environment and develops strong relationships with customers and account managers serving as the single point of contact for customers 

  • 8 years of Account Executive /Sales Experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information. 
  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.  
  • Ability to work with physical records or operate a computer or other office equipment.  
  • In some locations, ability to travel throughout the hospital system.  
  • In some locations ability to move up to 25 lbs.
