Meet the team:

Material Handler 4 performs a variety of warehouse functions under minimal supervision including but not limited to receiving, shipping, manufacturing support, and inventory control. Position in responsible for completing the physical and systematic movement of material in accordance with all safety, cGMP, and quality procedures. Position also provides general oversite to teammates on daily tasks and activities. Position is expected to transact all material timely and compile and maintain all required documents for material movement as per quality procedures. This position may work with raw materials, dangerous goods, WIP materials, finished goods, returned goods, R&D materials, etc.

Where you come in:

• You provide general oversite to team to ensure that all warehousing activities including but not limited to receiving shipping, manufacturing support, and inventory control in compliance with Safety, cGMP, and Quality Standard Operating Procedures
• You utilize pallet jacks, stand-up reach trucks, sit-down reach trucks, turret trucks, electric rider jacks, box trucks to unload/load material and transport it between areas
• You provide hands-on training to new employees on operating material handling equipment
• You perform transactions in ERP/WMS system including but not limited to shipping, entering cycle counts, material receipts, shipments, etc.
• You able to investigate and resolve complex shipping or receiving issues utilizing ERP/WMS system. Provides feedback/suggestions to minimize reoccurring issues
• You can be subject matter expert (SME) on Oracle ERP/ High Jumps WMS system
• You utilize PowerPoint to present data and information to employees and leadership
• You utilize Excel to perform data analysis including utilizing formulas and pivot tables
• You lead daily team meetings to review performance and daily workload
• You provide additional training for employees to ensure they are meeting goals
• You assess daily priorities and assign activities, adjusts as necessary throughout the day
• You analyze data to drive decision making and/or in support of root cause analysis of performance misses or successes
• You present metrics/information to leadership team
• You develop reports that provide actionable insights into the operation
• You investigate a resolves complex customer requests from internal partners You know documents standard operating procedures and/or work instructions

What makes you successful:

• You have experience in material handling role in a cGMP environment
• You have experience utilizing Oracle ERP/HighJump WMS or completing transactions in other ERP/WMS systems
• You have experience operating electric powered material handling equipment You have basic computer data entry skills
• You have ability to obtain a forklift certification
• You have strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
