What you'll do:

Job Description Summary
As a Loan Operations Administrator in Post Funding, you will be responsible for assisting in all tasks related to the creation of ticklers to track collateral perfections for recording items.

You will work closely with Post Funding Team Lead and with bank personnel to ensure proper procedures are followed.

One of your key responsibilities is to assist in the completion of submitted loan boarding packages that have been funded to ensure proper collateral perfection has been obtained.

What we are looking for:

  • Responsible for the creation of required ticklers for Commercial Loans, receipt of original documentation, and UCC/Title Perfection.

  • You will also be responsible for filing/searches for UCCs and Title to ensure lien placement.

  • This position ensures that all required collateral is included in the loan file and verified for quality, completeness, and accuracy. 

  • Adhering to the required separation of duties. 

  • Responds promptly and professionally to assigned post-funding tasks and/or requests. 

  • Participates in and supervises special projects as assigned by management

What you need to have:

  • High school diploma, 1-2 years of direct, related experience in Loan Administration, Branch Banking Operations, or similar function.

  • Entry-level to Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management, and/or other commercial banking products and services.

  • Entry-level to Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.

  • Intermediate knowledge of one or more complex loan types.

  • Strong speaking and writing skills for internal and external audiences (ex: sales or leadership)

  • Proficient in multi-tasking in a team-oriented environment and focused on the highest standards of client service.
