What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deploy clinical study software into Dev, Staging, UAT, and Production environments

  • Support and resolve product-related issues during implementation, deployment, and post-deployment phases

  • Interface with engineering teams and maintain documentation for configuration and installation qualification of new software and hardware

  • Deploy SQL scripts as part of the clinical study release process

  • Configure web servers for study deployments

  • Mentor and train new team members

  • Assist the manager in developing training materials and implementing internal checklists and best practices

What We Look For

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience

  • 4–7 years of experience with Microsoft server operating systems, IIS, .NET, and Apache Tomcat applications

  • Strong understanding of VMWare, Load Balancer, and firewalls

  • Experience running and writing SQL scripts against relational database servers (2+ years)

  • Familiarity with configuration and release automation tools and scripting (Ruby, Perl, Bash, Python preferred)

  • Skilled in organizing, planning, and problem-solving

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
