Job Summary

McKesson is actively seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Senior Technical Trainer Revenue Cycle – Front-End. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the development and migration of new and existing US Oncology markets to athenaIDX. The primary responsibilities will include working with practices to build and support Master Schedules and Templates as well as overseeing conversions.

Position Description/Responsibilities

  • Build and Support of Practice Master Schedules: Oversee the creation and maintenance of Master Schedules for practices.

  • Lead Master Schedule Activities: Conduct training sessions and lead the build of Master Schedules in athenaIDX for current and new markets.

  • Scheduling Conversion Sessions: Participate in and facilitate sessions dedicated to scheduling conversions.

  • Ability to create master schedules that optimizes all impacted resources.

  • Lead Go Live PODs: Oversee and manage Go Live PODs to ensure smooth transitions.

Minimum/Critical Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years’ experience with athenaIDX.

  • Process Mapping: Proficiency in Visio or other process mapping tools.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to present information effectively.

  • Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional meetings involving a variety of stakeholders, including technical teams, end users, and management from both internal teams and practices.

Additional Requirements

  • Project Management: Strong project management experience.

  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using the Microsoft Product Suite.

  • Execution and Follow-up: Ability to build execution plans and ensure they are followed through to completion.

  • Change Management: Experience in managing change within an organization.

Working Conditions

  • Remote work environment.

  • Able to travel domestically 30% of the time.

  • Must be authorized to work in the US unrestricted – This position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$71,900 - $119,800
