Cairo, Egypt (On-Site)

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to all project stakeholders, including those belonging to other Domains or Competence Centers Core Responsibilities.

• Provide operational support to all project stakeholders, including contributors from other Domains and Competence Centers.

• Consolidate inputs from Work Package Managers and Project Managers across various Business Lines (BLs).

• Identify and report gaps, deviations, and risks to the Project Manager, proposing corrective actions and mitigation strategies.

• Assist the Project Manager in defining the PBS, WBS, OBS, Master Schedule, and RAM.

• Liaise with the Finance Controller to support the consolidation of the Contractual Baseline Budget (CBB) and Estimate at Completion (EAC).

• Perform gap analyses and support financial forecasting.
• Develop and maintain the Risks & Opportunities Register
• Track mitigation actions and opportunity shaping plans in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Produce and deliver internal and external KPIs, including project performance, technical progress, and procurement status.

• Manage monthly updates of the Project Dashboard, integrating inputs from all BLs.

• Oversee CDRL submissions and manage the Document Controller.

• Ensure accurate reporting of project progress and deliverables.
• Structuring and planning: provide assistance to the Project Manager when defining the PBS, WBS, OBS, Master Schedule and RAM - Consolidate corresponding workload.
• Consolidating CBB/EAC: liaising with the Finance Controller, consolidate budget and costs, perform gap analysis.
• Managing Risks & Opportunities: elaborate and maintain the Risks & Opportunities Register, track risk mitigation and opportunities shaping plans.
• Producing KPIs: prepare reporting and ensure action plan follow-up.
• Managing data: define and implement data management plan, prepare corresponding deliverables.
• Managing configuration makes sure that the configuration management activities are planned (Configuration Management Plan or PMP) and performed by the relevant persons in charge (configuration manager, SEM, Industrial Manager, Sv EM, etc.) and coordinates the associated deliverables.

Requirements:

• 5 to 7+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Bachelor’s degree / master’s degree.
• Specific working experience either in Project Management, Bids, Sales, Contracts & Legal, Procurement, Engineering or Operations.
• International experience, proven performance
• Has worked cross-functionally on a project.
• Good communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Excel and KPI generation.
• Good understanding of Risk and Opportunity management within projects.
