Job Description: Contribute as a core member of the development team for DT – CRM Dynamics Development team. Provide leadership and mentorship to the development team in delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. Design and evaluate technical architectures for software applications, leveraging platform expertise and sound decision-making. Execute data migration tasks and perform advanced administrative functions, including managing integrations and configuring system-level settings. Conduct unit testing and participate in peer code reviews to ensure quality and consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee systems and infrastructure essential for continuous development and deployment. Embrace innovation by exploring new technologies and platforms, assessing their potential to address current business and technical challenges. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Proven experience in the development and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. Hands-on expertise across the full product development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Strong collaboration skills with Business Systems Analysts (BSAs), Quality Assurance (QA) teams, and Project Managers (PMs), with a product-centric mindset aimed at delivering world-class sales applications. Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Solid experience in developing solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM platform. Proficiency in technologies including C#, IronPython, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, SQL, and RESTful API development. Skilled in D365 customization and configuration: plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and Power Automate. Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Security Model, including Access Teams and Sharing. Familiar with .NET C# fundamentals and Microsoft SQL Server. Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems using Web APIs; knowledge of SSIS with KingswaySoft (KWS) for data migrations. Hands-on experience with Azure components such as Service Bus and Azure Functions. Experience working with Canvas Apps, Custom Pages, and Power BI for reporting. Familiarity with Azure Application Insights for monitoring.
