Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Event Supervisor or above in coordinating gaming events, premium events & campaigns for our VIP members.
  • Ensure smooth execution of all event and promotion plans.
  • Draft Program outlines, terms and conditions and other documents of all projects for Management approval.
  • Prepare all relevant documents / contracts for Management and legal department for DICJ submission.
  • Work closely with team members and other relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of events and projects.
  • Source and liaise (from time to time) key external agencies to support the event projects, ensure cost effectiveness and good relationships are established with key support agencies.
  • Coordinate internally and externally to ensure all supply, visual and promotional display for promotion and events are well prepared and delivered on time.
  • Monitor launching and execution of event projects with operation teams to ensure all procedures and policies are implemented as planned.
  • Communicate with operation teams and maintain an on-line update of all current and upcoming promotion program news.

Job Requirements:

  • Experienced in event planning, stage management and/or casino events & promotions, a great work ethic, and a desire to help MGM’s casino guests to have the best experience possible.
  • Diploma or equivalent
  • Able to speak, read and write Cantonese, Mandarin & English
  • Preferrable if able to speak, read and write other language such as Japanese, Korean, Thailand, etc.
  • Full conversant with MS Office applications
  • Preferrable if able to function some design software such as Ai, photoshop, etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with all internal and external customers. Approachable and diplomatic
  • Ability to manage self and strong in time management, including the ability to multi-tasking
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and action sensitive issues with discretion
