Summary:
As an AI Advisor, your typical day involves assessing and prioritizing artificial intelligence use cases that address distinct business challenges and opportunities. You will design tailored AI solutions by identifying essential data and technology needs, focusing on streamlining and improving business workflows. Your role contributes to delivering tangible value and fostering a scalable AI adoption environment across the organization, ensuring that innovative technologies are effectively integrated to support business growth and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate AI implementations to ensure optimal performance and impact.
- Support knowledge sharing and mentoring of junior team members to build collective expertise.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience in designing and implementing data integration and transformation processes.
- Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data quality and consistency.
- Familiarity with enterprise data management principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
