Summary:
As a Software Development Lead, you will oversee the development and configuration of software systems using Oracle PeopleSoft Financials. Your typical day will involve leading a team, applying your expertise in technology, and supporting projects with your knowledge and skills. You will conduct development work and lead review for Peoplesoft Financials Application

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform Peoplesoft development work
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead the team in developing and configuring software systems
- Ensure the successful implementation of projects
- Provide guidance and support to team members

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft Financials
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies
- Experience in leading software development projects
- Knowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft Financials modules
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of development experience specific to Oracle PeopleSoft Financials modules
- This position is based at our Manila office

• At least 2 years of relevant experience with Oracle PeopleSoft Financials
• Experience with PeopleSoft Version 9.0 and above
