The Associate Director, CRM Optimization serves to be the business product owner for the current and next generation CRM platform across US field sales teams, with a focus on Caplyta, a once-daily oral therapy approved in the U.S. for schizophrenia, bipolar I and II, and major depressive disorder (MDD). This individual will define requirements and shape solutions for all capabilities across field sales teams, including representatives, managers and Regional Directors for Caplyta. This role may also address specific needs for other field groups across the medical affairs, account management and patient support for this brand to ensure a cohesive and well-integrated field enablement platform.
