In This Role You Will:

We expect you to have:

• 8+ years professional experience in consulting and/or banking and capital market industry.
• Experience within transformation / change functions in Retail Banks, IB, Wholesale banks, private banks (experience in mainland financial services ecosystem is desirable).
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience delivering and implementing complex transformation programs (experience in banking operations transformation is desirable).
• Leading workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
• Working with Accenture Client Account Leads to create opportunities and solutions for our clients.
• Customer facing skills that will allow you to drive discussions with senior stakeholders, regarding decision making, risk management, cost – benefit analysis, concise issue articulation / resolution.
• Commercial mind-set to provide best value for money to the client – by optimizing the delivery governance, team setup, architectural decisions, etc.
• An ability to think strategically about business, delivery, and client challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a fast-moving technology landscape.
