Home Health Staff Educator (RN) – Skilled Home Health
 

Full-Time | Remote (Travel up to 25%)
No Weekends | No On-Call

What You’ll Do

As a Staff Educator, you’ll serve as a clinical expert and mentor, ensuring our teams deliver exceptional, compliant care:

  • Lead and support training initiatives for Skilled Home Health teams, including new hires, Clinical Team Managers (CTMs), and Branch Directors

  • Drive OASIS accuracy and documentation excellence through hands-on education and coaching

  • Support M&A integrations, including EMR training, onboarding, and clinical education

  • Develop and execute education programs and annual in-service plans

  • Act as a go-to clinical resource, strengthening team confidence and competency

  • Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and state/federal home health regulations

  • Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and elevate overall clinical performance

  • Occasionally, step into the field to support precepting when needed

What We’re Looking For

This role is not entry-level—we’re seeking a highly skilled home health professional who thrives in a mentorship and leadership capacity:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with active license (compact license is highly preferred)

  • 3+ years of Skilled Home Health experience (required)

  • Strong expertise in OASIS, documentation, and regulatory compliance

  • Proven experience as a preceptor, mentor, or clinical leader

  • Confident communicator with the ability to teach, present, and influence

  • Comfortable supporting multiple locations and teams in a dynamic environment

  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

  • Demonstrates knowledge of skilled home health Federal and State regulations

  • Prior experience as a Nurse Preceptor and/or mentor is preferred.
