Job Description

In this role, you will own account strategy and pipeline for fine chemical plants, driving PLC/DCS integration, drives, safety, and SCADA/MES connectivity plus services.

You will manage key stakeholders (Engineering/Operations/Maintenance/EHS/IT-OT) and lead opportunities from spec-in to order.

You will coordinate internal teams and SI/EPC partners; deliver forecast, order, and margin targets with accurate CRM updates.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop New Customers: Identify and prospect potential customers in the Fine Chemical industry through market research, networking, trade shows, and targeted outreach. Qualify leads, identify selling category(product, solution or service), sales presentation, and close orders to expand sales base.
  • Manage Existing Accounts: Maintain and relationships with current customers by understanding the requirements, providing ongoing support, and upselling/cross-selling products, solutions or service to fulfill customer's outcome and satisfaction.
  • Synergy of Channel Partners: Collaborate with distributors and other channel partners to optimize performance. This includes training partners, monitoring sales pipelines, resolving issues, and aligning strategies to maximize mutual growth.
  • Build Business Strategy and Plans: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to develop sales strategies, forecasts, and business plans. Work closely with internal teams (e.g., BU, Marketing or Sales Team) to align initiatives with company goals and drive revenue targets.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales performance through effective pipeline management, negotiation, and contract execution.Reporting and Compliance: Track sales activities using CRM tools, prepare reports on performance metrics, and ensure all activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 40-50% for client meetings, industry events, and partner engagements.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, or Business is preferred; Master is a plus.
  • Experience: 5 + years sales experience in process industry, industrial automation, drive or controls.
  • Skills:      - Fluent in Chinese and English.     - Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.      - Analytical mindset with experience in business planning and strategy development.      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a competitive environment.      - Personal Attributes: Self-starter with high energy, resilience, customer-oriented approach, and strong ethical standards.
