The Principal Insights Analyst is responsible for the regular insights around risk and churn in the business. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards that serve as leading indicators of success for our CX leaders, across Gainsight and SFDC. They will improve the self-serve capabilities and reduce time delivering reports, providing more time for insights and action.
