The Role
We’re looking for a Director of Client Onboarding Team to join us. Reporting to AVP of Product Management. In this role, you’ll help shape how we build relationships with Clients by the onboarding strategies and lead the onboarding team.
You’ll fit right in if you’re collaborative, love working across teams and time zones, and get energy from tackling challenges that make an impact on a global scale.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership & Team Management:
Lead, develop, and scale our client onboarding team to support our customers.
Develop onboarding strategies that align with company objectives, like fueling client success.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Drive process optimization and operational excellence across all onboarding activities
What You’ll Bring
Strengths You'll Need:
Exceptional presentation and verbal communication with ability to explain technical concepts.
Strong approach to training and knowledge transfer of our products
Proven ability to engage and collaborate with customers and internal team members
Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum preferred)
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical discipline
Proven years of experience in financial technology
Demonstrated success in managing and developing teams
Experience in client-facing roles with external stakeholder management
This position will be located in Stockholm and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
