Are you looking for a hands‑on internship where you can really learn how a commercial organization works—from sales operations to customer support—inside an international industrial group?

We are looking for a Sales & Customer Support Intern to join our team in Carpi and actively support our sales organization during an important phase of process transformation.

Your mission will be to support sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders, helping ensure smooth processes, accurate documentation, and excellent service. This internship offers real responsibilities, daily interaction with Sales and Customer Support teams, and a concrete opportunity to develop professional skills in a structured international environment.

What You’ll Do

You will work closely with the Customer Support Manager and collaborate with Area Managers and internal functions to:

  • Support the Sales team in daily operational activities and customer requests
  • Prepare, update, and manage quotations and commercial offers
  • Monitor offer status and ensure accurate data entry in company systems
  • Support the preparation and management of commercial documentation, tenders, and contracts
  • Handle third‑party authorization processes (resellers, intermediaries, partners)
  • Provide operational customer support via email and phone, with a solution‑oriented approach
  • Assist customers and sales teams with registration and qualification processes
  • Liaise with Marmon Corporate teams to facilitate approvals and process completion
  • Contribute to improving processes through checklists, guidelines, and operational tools

What You Bring

  • Undergraduate or recent graduate in Economics, Humanities, or a related field
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • French or Spanish is a plus
  • Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong customer‑oriented mindset
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
