About the role:

Join the St Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside team as a Registered Nurse working and sharing your experience in our Cardiac Catheter Laboratory at our state-of-the-art Chermside location.

We have a number of part time positions of 0.8FTE for Registered Nurses who have a passion for Cardiac nursing and desire to grow their skill set in our CCL Fast Track Transition program.  This program will provide all the training required to become a Cardiac Cath Lab Interventional Nurse. 

This program involves in-house education and training provided by our Cardiac Catheter Laboratory Clinical Educator and specialist staff to help you learn and consolidate your CCL knowledge and clinical skills within our department.  You will be provided with a comprehensive procedural education program and access to our dedicated Education department with on-site simulation and training facilities. You will be involved in regular debriefing sessions to promote feedback and discussion with peers and allocated supernummary time and study days specific to assists you to further develop your skills.

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse

  • Minimum of one-year post-graduate acute nursing experience

Remuneration:


The position of Registered Nurse, in addition to our competitive salary packaging options, is a Classification/Grade with a base remuneration of: $40.00 - $51.40 + superannuation based on experience level and relevant qualifications, exclusive of shift penalties or allowances.
