About The Role

We are looking to hire a technical executive who will spearhead innovation and experimentation through digital transformation. Your mission will be to revolutionize our digital landscape. As the Senior Director, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team that will drive transformation through service design and product development. Researching, designing, testing, and developing digital services that deliver value while leading strategy and developing communicable evidence of digital solutions, in new technological innovations, will be your responsibility.

 
Responsibilities

  • Lead teams in crafting innovative digital solutions
  • Develop and communicate a digital engineering strategy aligned with business goals
  • Drive digital solution implementation, from development to cloud adoption
  • Cultivate a culture of agility, experimentation, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration
  • 12+ years of experience in technology, focusing on digital platforms and application development
  • Proven track record in software engineering leadership
  • Proficiency in Cloud Technologies, AI/ML, API Frameworks, and eCommerce Technologies
  • Passion for innovation


 

Annual Salary

$195,000.00 - $315,000.00

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
