We are seeking a skilled and proactive Microsoft Intune Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing device enrollment and configuration using Microsoft Intune across multiple platforms. This role involves close collaboration with end users and IT teams to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient device management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Microsoft Intune solutions for enterprise environments.
• Enroll Windows devices, including using Windows Autopilot.
• Enroll iOS and Android devices into Intune.
• Create and manage configuration profiles for various device types.
• Deploy certificates to devices to support secure communications.
• Ensure devices are updated and protected according to company policies.
• Configure compliance rules and conditional access policies.
• Deploy applications to Windows, iOS, and Android devices, including store apps.
• Configure and manage App Protection Policies.
• Provide technical support to end users, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Manage user accounts and groups within Intune and Azure AD.
• Publish, push, configure, monitor, and update mobile applications for users.
• Perform remote device management actions such as:
  • Device wipe
  • Enterprise wipe
  • Password reset
  • Selective wipe
  • Device retirement
  • Device sync

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Intune and mobile device management (MDM).
• Strong understanding of Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems.
• Familiarity with Windows Autopilot, Azure Active Directory, and conditional access.
• Experience deploying and managing applications across platforms.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
