What You Will Do:

Guidehouse is seeking a Project Coordinator, who will support our Department of State client as they discover, evaluate, and determine system and business interdependencies that contribute to Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) and Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) mission adoption. Duties will include:

  • Monitoring and reporting on progress of task, projects and portfolio efforts

  • Collaborating with stakeholders and facilitating discussions and workshops to gather input and feedback.

  • Coordinating with managers and clients to communicate and coordinate project requirements, scopes, and objectives.

  • Analyzing project progress and, when necessary, adapting scope or timelines to achieve optimal results

  • Managing project artifacts within the project scope, schedule, status and documentation.

What You Will Need:

  • Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance 

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • TWO (2) years of experience in project support

  • Ability to work onsite up to 3 days/week on client site(s) in the DMV

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance

  • Experience supporting federal client engagements

  • Experience with IT security related projects

  • Demonstrates proven extensive abilities with leveraging creative thinking and problem solving skills, individual initiative, and utilizing MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint),

The annual salary range for this position is $71,800.00-$107,600.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
