Position Description
Leads the planning and execution of assigned account implementations, as well as the ongoing monitoring of those accounts post‑implementation.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Evaluates, recommends and oversees all facets of assigned group implementations, including systems, contract, summary, mailings, and special requests, while scheduling, planning, and managing assignments.
Works with the eligibility analyst to monitor eligibility testing and production loads.
Creates and executes project plans including timelines, communications, assignments, and risk.
Oversees accounts after implementation, including submitting changes and updates for groups.
Coordinates with legal counsel to determine contractual issues and keeps current with DDPA guidelines and rules.
Travels to group locations to develop relationships and participate in finalist meetings, initial implementation and post implementation meetings. Works with groups to gather requirements and ensure smooth implementations.
May collaborate with Group Administration Implementation Specialist to ensure all implementation data input is accurate and documented.
Assists in activities relating to bids/Requests for Proposal, which may include full completion and identification of contract/benefit differences for dental and vision products.
Perform other related assigned duties as necessary to complete the Primary Job Responsibilities as described above.
