Job Description:

The Opportunity

The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service through timely and accurate processing of orders using SAP, consignment management, and frequent communication and coordination with other business units.

This role represents the first point of customer contact for enquiries related to customer orders and deliveries

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all customer enquiries, orders, service needs and complaints are attended
  • with quality service level, respond where appropriate or direct to relevant functional
  • department.
  • Ensure appropriate management of customer consignments, including arranging
  • returns and transfer of stock where appropriate.
  • Ensure, where possible, no customers are impacted by backordered stock by
  • arranging to borrow from other consignments.
  • Present sales and consignment data as required by internal / external customers upon
  • request.
  • Publish weekly open order report to internal / external Customers when required.
  • Ensure accurate SAP master data relating to order entry, such as customer master, pricing and customer material information record are well-maintain at all time.
  • Ensure all customer service activities including documentation and record keeping, are conducted within the frame work of the code of business conduct and applicable laws.

About You

  • Education and Experience: Preferred minimum 3 years working experience in customer service or order processing.
  • Essential Skills and Abilities: Good communication skills with fluent in English
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of using MS Office
  • Detail oriented, Hardworking, Process driven, Multi-tasking and work well under pressure
