Position:  Web Content Developer

Required Security Clearance:  SECRET 

Location:  San Antonio, TX (Hybrid) 

Primary work will be completed remotely however the primary operating location is San Antonio, TX. Only residents of the state of Texas will be considered for the role. 

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Web Content Developer to support a DoD program, Platform One. Platform One is a DoD-wide enterprise service capability with the goal to make the DoD Enterprise Development Security and Operations Platform (DevSecOps) initiative a reality by leveraging industry best practices, open-source software such as Kubernetes and containers, and commercial solutions to instantiate DevSecOps continuous integration (CI)/continuous delivery (CD) pipelines at various classification levels. Customer Experience is a Customer Facing team comprised of Sales, Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Business Account Management, User Design, and IT Service Desk Support. We are seeking professionals with knowledge in a couple of the following:

• B.S. in Computer Science, IT, or related field and 3 years of experience implementation or Customer Support experience, Sales Engineering experience or Software Technical Instructor/enablement equivalent experience in a customer facing role.
