Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions using ServiceNow Field Service Management. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, designing and developing applications, and ensuring the successful deployment of solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Must have Working Experience in more than 2 of CX Cloud modules like Depot Repair, Oracle service cloud, Maintenance Cloud, subscription, Service Logistics, Field Service, Install base. - At least 2 Support/Implementation projects in any of the CX Cloud Modules. - Understanding on integrations of CX Cloud modules with other cloud modules is good to have. - Manage day-to-day production support and enhancement requests. - Should have experience in understanding the requirements, customizations and preparing functional documents. - Able to analyze the issues, debugging and deliver solutions independently. - Work with Technical/DBA/Oracle support team to validate development of Functional Requirements. - Should be able to build necessary Testing Documentation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Flexible to work in customer shifts on rotational basis . - Should be a great motivator and team player. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows and automation. - Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. - Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices. Additional Information: - candidate should be willing to work on support timings (1 PM to 11 PM IST – Shift B for US projects) and on weekends when needed - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Field Service Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
