About the Role

This position is responsible to identify, analyse and deploy process improvement projects so as to support operational efficiency and business objectives.

  • Work directly with internal and external process owners and Team Leads to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business challenges and drive process improvement to meet business efficiencies.

  • Conduct gap analysis and develope innovative solutions through process optimization, process reengineering and automation to meet business strategic goals

  • Plans effectively around delivery constraints and optimises the plan to maximise benefits and minimise risk. Develops the plan within constraints, considering the delivery approach, key milestones and dependencies within the plan, requirements and scope, effort and resources, budgets and quality.

  • Adapt to and apply different delivery approaches and perform, with appropriate support, project management processes to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control as well as close a project in accordance with AIA frameworks and policies

  • Collaborates and builds positive stakeholder and business partner relationships providing regular updates to resolve high priority issues affecting the project

  • Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet reasonable operational and/or other requirements

Job Requirements :

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Project Management / Continuous Improvement, working with across multiple business units stakeholders

  • Ability to process data analysis using six sigma methodologies

  • A strong change agent and can influence mindset and behaviors, including those of senior leaders

  • Strong project leadership / management experience and proficient in project management methodology, techniques and tools

  • Experience in Change Adoption processes - Plan and implement change intervention to enable smooth transition and embed changes and transition to BAU

  • Certification in Six Sigma Black Belt will be advantageous

  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, conflict management and persuasive skills

  • Self-driven with the ability to multi-task and take on concurrent projects

  • Excellent communication (oral and written), and competence in making impressive presentations
