Position Summary:
At CVS, we're building out the Developer portal to enable teams across CVS Digital to quickly and easily deliver experiences into the hands of our customers, all at the scale of a Fortune 6 company! The Developer Portal will be leveraged by external customers from different companies to utilize CVS Health APIs.
As a Staff Software Development Engineer for the Developer Portal, you'll balance hands-on technical contributions with the strategic leadership needed to guide our platform's long-term architecture and direction. You'll work at the intersection of technical expertise and
organizational influence, advocating for the application's health while helping teams across CVS Digital achieve their goals.
We need a technical leader who can navigate ambiguity, build lasting organizational relationships, and provide technical direction that resonates across engineering teams. This is a unique opportunity to shape both technology and engineering culture from the ground up.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$118,450.00 - $236,900.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
