Key Responsibilities

• Lead PEZA Operations including Asset Movement, Disposal, and Donation.

• Ensure end-to-end compliance with regulatory processes for PEZA and Bureau of Customs (BOC).

• Review applications and permits related to asset activities.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for regulatory compliance.

• Manage LOA compliance for registration and de-registration activities.

• Prepare weekly operations and monthly compliance reports.

• Handle weekly digicash liquidation and monitor budget and expenses.

• Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with PEZA and BOC.

• Maintain records management and support logistics-related initiatives.

• Support contract management teams across projects and accounts.

• Assist in identifying and resolving commercial and contract risks.

• Engage in pre-award sales activities and support contract drafting.

• Build trusted relationships with client counterparts.

Qualifications

• University degree required (preferably in Business Management or Law).

• Minimum 2 years of post-graduation professional experience.

• Basic understanding of contract lifecycle and commercial risk management.

• Effective collaboration and communication skills with client executives.

• Membership in IACCM or NCMA and/or relevant professional certifications is a plus.

• Willingness to travel as required.
