As Junior HR Business Partner, you will provide hands-on operational HR support across our Nuneaton operations site, working under the direction of the Senior HRBP. This newly created position is a great opportunity for a strong HR Advisor ready to step into their first HRBP role and develop capability within a manufacturing environment.

Working pattern: 37 hours per week but as our Nuneaton site is a 24/7 operation, you will be required to work most weekends and late hours to be present for a proportion of the night shift.

You will make contributions that matter by...

• Working alongside the Senior HRBP in delivering the site people plan and operational HR priorities through day-to-day HR advice and guidance, escalating issues as appropriate.
• Working closely with the central HR teams to support recruitment, onboarding, learning, performance and people data requirements where needed.
• Providing regular out‑of‑hours and weekend HR support in line with operational requirements, ensuring timely advice and intervention to support site continuity.
• Engaging with unions and employee representatives as directed, including preparing for meetings, following up on actions and managing the ongoing relationships.
• Supporting employee relations activity including preparation, case management support and leading defined ER cases where authorised, as well as consistently applying HR policies and supporting managers to build confidence in handling people matters.
• Contributing to internal and external audits, ensuring documentation and follow-up actions are completed accurately and on time.

You are best suited for the role if you have…

• Well established HR advisor experience and are now looking for a new, challenging opportunity to step into a Business Partner role.
• Strong judgement, decision‑making and risk management skills with the ability to operate as a trusted professional with senior stakeholders and colleagues across the site.
• Experience within a manufacturing, operational or FMCG environment - ideal!
• Prior ER knowledge - beneficial.
• Your CIPD Level 5 qualification.
