What You Will Do
Trimble's Project Delivery solutions are transforming how construction teams manage projects by embedding artificial intelligence and open extensibility into modern jobsite tools. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will define the long-term vision, strategy, and execution of AI and Extensibility across the Project Delivery Software category.
You will act as a key enabler and strategic partner to our individual product and engineering teams, standardizing capabilities to deliver a unified, intelligent experience to our customers. You will operate at the intersection of customer empathy, business strategy, and technical execution, driving the creation of practical, high-impact AI features while enabling partners, customers, and internal teams to build upon Trimble’s ecosystem.
Primary Responsibilities
Define and own the long-term strategy and roadmap for AI and Extensibility within the Project Delivery business.
Partner with Trimble's central AI platform teams to drive the integration of our AI Agentic Platform.
Own the strategic roadmap for the Project Delivery developer ecosystem, including APIs, SDKs, and integration frameworks.
Lead Voice-of-Customer programs and translate complex, ambiguous strategic goals into an actionable, prioritized backlog for the engineering team.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
7+ years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B/Enterprise SaaS software, with a strong foundation in technical product management.
Deep technical fluency and working knowledge of modern AI technologies (LLMs, agentic frameworks).
Demonstrable experience leading API-driven products, developer platforms, or integration ecosystems.
Ability to lead and influence in a highly matrixed organization, aligning multiple stakeholders around a common vision.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and strategic vision.
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with the commercial construction industry and/or key project management workflows.
Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

The Project Delivery solutions group, which includes Trimble ProjectSight and Trimble Materials, helps builders plan, execute, and deliver projects with confidence. We are focused on transforming how construction teams work through the use of embedded AI and open extensibility.
Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
