Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions (BEWS) is the group responsible for leading Ericsson’s Enterprise Networking and Security business. Our growing product portfolio spans across wide area networks, local area networks and enterprise security. How Will You Contribute to the Company?

Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions is seeking an innovative, results-oriented Partner Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing partner co-marketing strategies for the US West and Central regions. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams (partner sales, sales, field marketing, product management, executive management) on plan development, hands-on content creation, execution, analysis, and reporting of results for a wide range of initiatives, both Ericsson and partner led.  

This position is responsible for understanding the overall business plans and goals of targeted partners and will interact with internal and external business stakeholders, creative and content creation vendors, and a multitude of other internal teams to help implement strategies and tactics. The ideal candidate is highly creative, passionate about building and nurturing relationships, strong multi-tasker and is a dynamic communicator. 

What Will You Do?

  • Provide marketing expertise to a group of reseller and national partners to help develop and execute joint demand-generation marketing activities that are aligned with Ericsson’s marketing strategy 

  • Understanding of demand creation techniques and the ability to identify opportunities for partner revenue acceleration

  • Plan, build and run co-marketing plans with key partners that include vertically focused initiatives such as IoT, mobile, branch, public sector, financial services, healthcare, and other key verticals

  • Propose, influence, adapt and help deliver corporate marketing programs and activities to partners to help generate leads, promote joint program awareness and influence partner sales engineers, sales, and other influencing groups and/or end customers

  • Assist in the design of and implementation of programs to grab market share from competition 

  • Manage a Marketing Development Funds (MDF) budget and measure ROI from MDF funded activities  

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Mission-driven, with a belief in and commitment to the success of the company

  • A skilled listener who proactively seeks input from others to formulate a sound, well-organized plan 

  • A team player with advanced emotional maturity and a good sense of humor combined with the flexibility and sensitivity to work with diverse personalities and situations 

  • High level of personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness with strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal direction 

  • A hard worker with a high energy level, a “doer” with a willingness to work hands-on in developing and executing activities 

  • Extremely detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities, tasks, and deliverables on time and within budget 

  • Three (3+) years of Channel Marketing experience in solutions-based B2B companies 

  • Extensive project and program management skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressured, fast paced environment 

  • Able to define and measure KPIs and program ROI in line with business objectives 

  • Proven record of supporting the channel to build, meet and/or exceed pipeline and revenue targets. Must have experience managing a MDF budget  

  • Experience with Salesforce  

  • Data-driven mindset with focus on real-time performance optimization 

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across a variety of business units and navigate within various sales organizations 

  • References pointing to you as a strong collaborator, focused on results, and working hard towards mutual success 

  • Strong business and market analysis skills  

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% depending on location

Your Pay: 

The salary range for this position is listed below.  The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

  

$82,600.00 - $153,400.00

Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. This variable pay opportunity is dependent upon the attainment of agreed to goals and objectives as determined by our Senior Leadership team. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions provides generous paid time off, including: 15 days of Flexible Time Off (FTO), four paid quarterly well-being days, and 11 paid annual holidays (includes nine company holidays and up to two floating holidays).  Please note that an employees FTO balance and floating holidays may be prorated in the first year, based on start date. We also offer paid maternity-leave benefits and six weeks 100% paid family leave for all employees.
