Job Description:

What We're Looking For...

We are looking for IT Service Transition Analyst who are eager to start their careers in IT Service Management and IT Operations. In this role, you will help facilitate the smooth transition of services into DXC IT Operations, working closely with project and service teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support the service transition process for changes moving into production systems (e.g., SAP environments)

  • Attend and support weekly meetings with Project Managers to track and review open service transition requirements

  • Ensure all required handover activities are completed before changes go live

  • Provide regular service transition updates via email to Service Management and Operations teams

  • Coordinate with Service Management teams on potential support model updates

  • Assist in scheduling and tracking KT sessions, including documentation and sign-offs

  • Support the review and sign-off of project-related Change Records (CRs)

  • Coordinate with Operations teams on any manual or operational changes needed in production systems

  • Help enforce and monitor the Early Life Support (ELS) phase after go-live

  • Track, review, and report ELS issues or defects during stabilization

  • Ensure all Service Acceptance Criteria (SAC) requirements are completed prior to final handover

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields

  • Open to fresh graduates or early-career professionals

  • Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills

  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and teams

  • Willingness to learn IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL-based processes
