Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to specific requirements. This role serves as the main liaison for project stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the development lifecycle. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and continuous improvement of application functionalities to meet evolving business needs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with organizational goals is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and efficiency in software delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members and project managers to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and scalability to enhance user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse, Data Building Tool.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable data architectures within cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of data integration, transformation, and storage best practices.
- Ability to optimize query performance and manage data security within data warehouse platforms.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline data workflows and processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
