The AI Strategic Partnerships Success Coordinator, will work with vendors and other external entities on Micron’s AI innovation strategy and partnerships. They are responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with AI technology vendors, ensuring successful delivery of AI capabilities, and aligning vendor solutions with enterprise objectives. This role bridges external AI partners and internal teams to deliver excellence in performance, compliance, and innovation.

Responsibilities: 

  • Monitor the AI Ecosystem: Systematically assess the evolving AI landscape to identify new technologies and trends, including AI, synthetic data generation, and advancements in AI security. Work with solution providers and owners to understand critical gaps in capabilities or controls and drive integrated solutions. Prioritize prospective partners whose offerings align with Micron’s governance principles and strategic objectives.  Help drive industry standards.

  • Oversee Partnership Lifecycles: Direct all phases of critical partnerships, from initial engagement and concept development through execution of joint pilot projects. Ensure each partnership delivers measurable business value and integrates effectively with the EnableAI technology stack. 

  • Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate interaction between external partner engineering teams and Micron’s Technical Enablement and Delivery Teams. Advocate for Micron’s requirements to influence partner product development, positioning the company as a design or beta customer for leading AI solutions. 

  • Uphold Security and Ethical Standards: Coordinate with intake and governance teams to ensure that all external AI tools and services undergo comprehensive security, privacy, and ethics reviews prior to integration into Micron’s environment. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Experience: 7 years in business development, strategic partnerships, or product strategy within the technology sector, including direct involvement with AI or related fields. 

  • Narrative Skills: Strong proficiency in persuasive communication and storytelling to effectively present Micron’s vision to prospective partners and articulate partnership value to executive leadership. 

  • Technical Proficiency: Adequate technical expertise to engage in discussions on large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, MCP/API integrations, and secure AI requirements with engineering customers, and to assess partner technology fit at a strategic level. 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • International experience, with the ability to operate across diverse cultures and regulatory frameworks. 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, engineering, or a closely related field; equivalent industry experience considered.
