Location: The ideal candidate will be located in Curitiba or Porto Alegre.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Enterprise Regional Account Manager ( ERAM ) to join our team. This professional will be responsible for developing information security partners in the region and managing unnamed accounts. If you have experience in channel management and sales, along with a strong knowledge of information technology and cybersecurity, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with a focus on information security.

  • Manage and expand unnamed accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Identify growth opportunities and implement effective sales strategies.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align objectives and maximize results.

  • Stay updated on market trends and innovations in cybersecurity.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in channel management and sales.

  • Solid knowledge of information technology and cybersecurity.

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proactivity and results-oriented mindset.
