The Facilities Coordinator role is a busy an exciting role for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual within our in house Facilities team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work and develop their skills in a fast paced and rewarding environment. The primary aim for this role is to support our clients (GT Staff) through the delivery and coordination of the Facilities Management services.
The role is multi-functional with excellent organisation and communication skills required.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Managing office access requests, updating and access control system AC2000
Manage and coordinate the facilities helpdesk inbox i.e. respond to queries, log tickets
Managing and coordinate FM Ticket system ie update and close out jobs
Be proactive and flexible in supporting general office and helpdesk administration duties as required
Responsible for desk bookings and queries
Responsible for managing all access requests to on site gym
Support in management of PPM program and any reactive or remedial repairs for City Quay offices
Point of contact for contractors whilst on site, ensuring all safe work practices and procedures are followed
Supporting facilities team in completing Health and Safety activities on site
Skills Required:
A strong team player with excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Self- motivated with a keen eye for detail and solution driven
Ability to multi task with excellent organisational skills
Ability to adapt and flex to a fast paced, hands-on environment
Previous experience in a facilities role an advantage but not essential, min 3 years’ experience within an operational admin role is necessary
Full suite of Microsoft Office including Outlook Word Excel and Teams essential
Full clean driving licence an advantage but not necessary
An interest in sustainability is an advantage
