Lead complex programs from planning to execution across multiple business and tech pillars

What you’ll bring:
Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cross-functional programs
Strong command of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, Teams
Deep understanding of program KPIs and ability to translate business needs into execution
Experience working directly with product and engineering teams on software delivery
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with executive presence

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
