Position Summary

1. Establish plan by considering time and work efficiency by managing production capability.
2. Establish weekly plan and mid- to long-term quantity plan in advance and operate them.
3. Efficiently enhance production by managing stocks and operation rate of each part production process.

Role and Responsibilities

1. [Managing operation of production capacity] Support establishing and reviewing production capability plan considering work efficiency and time.

2. [Weekly and mid- to long-term quantity plan] Assist establishing mid- and long-term supply plan by reflecting the quota of demand.

3. [Changing hub and managing discontinued product] Checking reviewing hub change when demand of each part decreases, and whether to discontinue the internalized parts that consists of discontinued model.

4. [New model schedule management] Check schedule for approval and whether to implement the parts to consist of new model.

5. [Performance management] Assist analyzing the gap between performance and plan.

6. [Managing operation rate and stocks] Assist calculating operation rate, preparing plans for improvement and identifying days of stock and status of poor stock.

Skills and Qualifications

• Has substantial understanding on the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks

• Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations

• Normally receives little instruction on everyday work and general instructions on newly introduced assignments

• Typically requires a minimum 3 years of related experience since TB1
