Role and Responsibilities

Opportunities to working with CMO, Marketing Team.

Areas of Responsibilities in this role, you will be responsible for:

Campaign and Project Execution:

• Ensure the proper planning, implementation, and monitoring of 360° campaigns (digital, retail, social, on-site, PR).

• Coordinate the delivery of materials, content, and assets with creative and media agencies.

• Ensure the correct implementation of initiatives across all consumer touchpoints.

KPI Analysis and Monitoring:

• Monitor campaign performance, generating weekly and monthly reports.

• Understand and analyze Branding and Media metrics.

• Identify insights and optimization opportunities.

Interdepartmental Coordination:

• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Retail, Ecommerce, Media, and PR to ensure integrated execution.

• Manage internal information flows, timelines, and priority tracking.

Operational and Administrative Support:

• Keep campaign calendars, schedules, and control documents up to date.

Requirements

• Business Engineering Professional

• At least 5 years of marketing experience, ideally in consumer goods, retail, or technology companies.

• Experience in digital and multichannel campaigns, working with agencies, and metrics analysis.

• Proficiency in analytical tools

• Organized, proactive, detail-oriented profile with strong execution skills.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.

• Intermediate or advanced English.
