About the role

We are looking for Technology Enablement Specialist who will be a critical member of our Sales Technology team, providing support across several key initiatives.

As the Technology Enablement Specialist , you will partner closely with internal stakeholders to drive adoption and optimization of our sales tools including Seismic (global sales enablement tool), Monday.com, and QorusDocs.

In this position, you will leverage instructional design, project management, and critical thinking skills to optimize the performance and adoption of tools. 

You will help us address challenges across our systems, ideate creative solutions, provide user training, and support metric and data analysis. Additionally, you will help us address, research, and solution for gaps in tools or processes.   

For this position, you should have a passion for sales, data, and technology, and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in our sales tech and processes.

Essential role responsibilities

  • Engage, collaborate and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders and internal customers to improve our processes and platforms. 
  • Proactively identify information, sales resources, and best practices to drive user productivity and optimize the user experience.
  • Successfully manage multiple projects, contacts, and conversations at any one time. This includes managing a training program and onboarding plan for the assigned tools/technologies. 
  • Research answers to challenges around our sales tech stack, propose ideas and solutions to improve end-user adoption of tools.
  • Provide suggestions to leadership on improving internal processes related to technology adoption.
  • Learn and become proficient in our internal sales enablement platform Seismic.
  • Act as the centralized point of contact for assigned tools. 

Oversee ongoing platform management

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to better identify, measure, and improve processes, tools, training, and quality. Analyze data related to adoption of platform features and make platform recommendations.
  • Assist with creating performance and tool adoption reports.
  • Monitor and respond to reported bugs/issues by working with the user community, JLL IT, and vendor support team for quick resolution.
  • Attend necessary training to stay current and increase knowledge of tool(s) features and enhancements
  • Work with vendors and leadership to identify enhancements to improve the tool(s) functionality 
  • Work with enablement and sales contacts to develop guidelines, templates, and training that improves the seller experience for assigned tool(s).
  • Manage the back-end operations of assigned tool(s) to ensure proper productivity goals are met. 
  • Make integration recommendations and work with stakeholders to build business cases for long-term tool optimization efforts.

  • 3+ years of relevant/professional experience in similar roles, preferably in sales enablement, business operations, instructional design, or quality assurance (QA).
  • Experience using and managing the backend of the Seismic platform (a plus).
  • Strong process development skills, with the ability to learn and understand technical concepts to interpret, document and formalize procedures.
  • Results driven self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment and can pivot quickly as change happens.
  • You are a critical thinker who can solution SaaS problems while advocating for customer (sales) issues.
  • You have an interest or working knowledge of coding or API development (a plus).
  • You have the ability to influence stakeholders (i.e., vendor operations, sales and customer success) and technical/cross-functional teams in a positive and productive way.
  • You are trusted with a high amount of autonomy to get things done.
  • You have incredible communication skills, both written and oral.
  • You have a great attitude, want to make a difference, and a strong eagerness to support the team.
  • You anticipate the needs of others and think two steps ahead, with a fantastic customer service ethic and high expectations for quality.
  • You have strong follow through with tasks and projects.
  • You have that great quality of being calm under pressure.
