The Talent Acquisition Partner is a critical, high-impact role responsible for driving the end-to-end recruiting process for assigned business units within Motorola Solutions. You will be a strategic partner to our hiring managers, a brand ambassador to external talent, and a champion of inclusion within our hiring practices. Your efforts will directly contribute to building the world-class teams that create and deliver our life-saving technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment Execution
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, extending offers, and closing candidates.
Identify, engage, and assess active and passive candidates using a variety of sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking System data, industry conferences, and networking).
Ensure a high-touch, world-class candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
Negotiate complex offers, managing candidate expectations and ensuring alignment with internal compensation policies.
Strategic Partnership & Consultation
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market intelligence, compensation data, and guidance on recruiting best practices.
Lead intake meetings to develop a deep understanding of the role, business unit objectives, and ideal candidate profile.
Develop and execute strategic, innovative, and cost-effective sourcing plans to pipeline diverse talent for both immediate and future needs.
Process & Compliance
Maintain accurate and timely reporting and candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Workday.
Ensure all recruitment activities are in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Motorola Solutions' internal policies and procedures.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for the Global Talent Acquisition function.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate/in-house environment.
Experience recruiting for a range of technical and/or corporate roles (e.g., Software Engineering, Hardware/Electrical Engineering, IT, Sales, Finance, Product Management).
Proven ability to utilize and master an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting technology.
Experience recruiting within the technology, public safety, or telecommunications industries.
Prior experience working in a global or matrixed organizational structure.
A strong understanding of OFCCP and EEO compliance.
Certification in an assessment tool (e.g., behavioral interviewing, competency modeling).
Experience leveraging data and metrics to track performance and inform recruiting strategy.
Target Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000 USD
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
