Key Responsibilities

• Drive senior client relationships, business development, sales pipelines and proposals

• Lead programme delivery across Banking, Insurance and Wealth Management clients

• Drive market, client and competitor insights through immersive and data-driven analysis

• Formulate corporate, business unit, and sales and service strategies

• Lead the design of business models, operating models and business architecture

• Conduct value architecture to identify cost-benefit insights for strategic opportunities

• Lead experience, digital, and AI / Generative AI-led transformation initiatives in collaboration with broader Accenture teams (e.g. Accenture Song and Technology)

• Play a leading role in building and growing the Financial Services Strategy & Consulting practice and community

Qualifications and Experience

Required Experience and Skills

• 10+ years’ experience with a top-tier strategy or consulting firm (e.g. MBB, Big 4 or equivalent)

• Proven track record in Financial Services, including Banking, Insurance and Wealth Management

• Deep understanding of industry trends, challenges and growth opportunities

• Demonstrated ability to originate, manage and close complex sales opportunities

• Bachelor’s degree as a minimum (e.g. Business Science, Commerce, Engineering or similar)

• Strong foundational Strategy & Consulting skills with extensive consulting delivery experience

• Clear understanding of the opportunities presented by Technology, AI and Generative AI

• Strong client relationship management, stakeholder engagement and commercial negotiation skills

• Excellent problem-solving ability with a balance of conceptual and practical thinking

• Passion for taking solutions to market, from concept through to execution

• Curious mindset, positive attitude and strong team orientation
