What you'll do:

As Deposit Operations Team Lead, you are responsible for executing and overseeing critical operational functions within Bank Operations. You complete operational tasks while also coordinating workflow, monitoring processes, and ensuring work is finished on time. This role requires balancing workloads, resolving complex escalations, and applying sound judgement to maintain efficiency, reliability, and compliance with policies and regulations. You also support staff development and promote a culture of continuous process improvement.

• Oversee and coordinate the daily workflow of the Deposit Operations Support Team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of back office functions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and primary escalation point for complex operational issues, providing guidance and support to team members.
• Review work for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Promote a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
• Mentor, train, and support the development of team members, including onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Assist in risk mitigation, audit compliance, and procedural quality control.
• Collaborate with management to implement process enhancements and support departmental initiatives.
• Assume operational responsibility for the team in the absence of the Manager, ensuring seamless service delivery.

What you'll need:

• 5+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
• Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Intermediate knowledge and experience working with NACHA Operating Rules.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.

Compensation: Hourly range for new hires is generally $26.40 - $32.61 for Las Vegas, NV. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned.
