This job is responsible for efficiently recruiting and maintaining the Independent Service Network for our In-home Service Delivery team. Reporting directly to the Regional Service Manager, Midwest Region, this role involves sourcing, onboarding, and supporting independent service providers to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. In addition to learning and utilizing all databases and applications relevant to recruitment and contract management, the individual in this role will contribute to the overall success of our service delivery operations through adept technology use and effective communication skills.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding efforts for all new ISPs (In-home Service Provider)
  • Directly responsible for closing gaps in our network to reduce Locating and Buyouts
  • Set up and maintain service provider profiles as it relates to Assurant systems
  • Utilize Excel, reports provided, and other tools to manage and analyze data, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports to inform decision-making
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of ISPs, providing ongoing support and addressing any issues or concerns
  • Support the RSM (Regional Service Manager) with daily tasks and responsibilities
  • Support RSM with sending/receiving ISP agreements and rate adjustments
  • Responsible for maintaining ISP compliance, reducing risk for Assurant and the clients
  • Conduct research into NCNS & BI escalations and assist with resolutions
  • Maintain notes in databases/spreadsheets
  • Actively participates in team meetings and best practice sharing
  • Other duties as assigned

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • High School Diploma, GED, or higher

  • 1+ years' experience with Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills

  • Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, systems, and web pages all in a single session
  • Elevated verbal and written communication skills to create and maintain exceptional relationships with service providers
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced analytical and organizational skills
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft based programs and computer products, including the ability to create and manage databases, analyze data, and generate reports
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs

Environment/Physical Demands. This position requires incumbents to regularly sit at a desk and operate standard office equipment such as a computer and phone. Employee is occasionally required to stand and walk, lift, carry and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to talk and hear. Required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls. Pay Range:

$20.03 - $33.05

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
