Why You’ll Love This Job:

• Consistent Schedule: Work 5 days a week with 2 days off. Enjoy your time both on and off the road!
• No Touch Freight: Focus on what you do best—driving. You’ll leave the loading and unloading to others.
• Shift Hours: 2:00 AM to 2:00 or 3:00 PM (8-12 hour shifts).
• Weekly Hours: Get 40-45 hours per week, with availability 7 days a week.
• Competitive Pay: $24 to $27 per hour depending on time in position.

Location: On-site in Phoenix, Arizona

Your Role:

• Safely operate a 30-foot box truck with a reefer, delivering goods on time and in perfect condition.
• Be the face of Gatik to our clients—show professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Ensure the safety and integrity of goods throughout the entire delivery process.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections (checking fluid levels, tire pressure, etc.).
• Stay in communication with the dispatch team for updates on your route and schedule.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Holds a valid CDL and has 3+ years of driving experience (non-CDL candidates also welcome!).
• Has a clean driving record, background check, and drug screen.
• Is comfortable driving box trucks (26-30 feet), with or without a reefer.
• Takes initiative, is proactive, and pays attention to detail and safety.
• Communicates effectively and works well independently or as part of a team.
• Is computer literate and flexible with shifts, including evenings, weekdays, and weekends.
