As a GBS Credit Collections Associate at IDEXX you are in a pivotal position to ensure the cash inflow for IDEXX within EMEA. You will be in daily contact with the full range of customers which are large organizations, individual customers, and governments. This is a great chance to kick-start your career as IDEXX is growing fast and there is room to develop into a Subject Matter Expert and participate in projects related to business and process changes.

In this Role:
•  You will be focusing on the European markets and therefore, it is required to be fluent in English.  Any other European language would be a plus.
•  On a daily base, you will be experiencing challenging customers. You are comfortable to deal with this and come to effective solutions.
•  You will be working in tasks such as metrics and reports, direct debit runs and support the Accounts Receivable with monthly closing activities.
•  You will collaborate successfully with other departments within IDEXX and add to a great experience for our customers.

What you need to Succeed: 
•  You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related study.
•  You have at least two years of relevant working experience in a credit team.
•  You have technical savvy and can find your way in SAP, as the main tool, and a solid understanding of Excel.
•  You are adept at dealing with pressure, have flexibility and have an eye for detail. These traits you can showcase from previous working experiences.
•  You are an effective communicator and have strong negotiating and organizational skills that will set you up for success in this job.
•  You have proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and MS Teams.
•  You have a high level of accuracy and the ability to work effectively and independently.
•  You are a team player with great communication skills and attention to detail.
•  You can deal with changing priorities and challenges.
•  You have emotional intelligence, humility, willingness to learn and take and receive feedback constructively.
•  You possess high ethical standards and a positive attitude.
