L'analyste de la Qualité des données People Services Canada fait partie de l'équipe chargée de la qualité des données. Le titulaire de ce poste apportera son soutien à toutes les unités opérationnelles au Canada et fournira un soutien direct et indirect aux employés, aux gestionnaires et aux professionnels des ressources humaines. L'analyste de la Qualité Des Données des Services Aux Personnes mettra à profit sa connaissance approfondie des politiques et des procédures, des ressources de l'entreprise et des interactions antérieures pour atteindre ou dépasser les buts et les objectifs définis. Il devra notamment interpréter, rechercher, analyser, résoudre et transmettre à l'échelon supérieur les demandes relatives à diverses tâches liées à la gestion et aux ressources humaines dans le cadre d'initiatives à l'échelle de l'entreprise.
Le poste est à temps plein du lundi au vendredi selon des horaires flexibles à Longueuil et s’effectue exclusivement en présentiel.

The Canada People Services - Data Quality Analyst is a role in the Data Quality team. This Data Quality position will support all Business Units in Canada and will provide direct and indirect support to employees, managers, and HR professionals. The Data Quality Analyst will leverage their in-depth knowledge of policies and procedures, company resources, and previous interactions to meet or exceed defined goals and objectives. This role will include interpreting, researching, analyzing, resolving, and escalating inquiries related to a variety of managerial and human resources related tasks involving enterprise-wide initiatives.
This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil, and performed exclusively on-site.
What will your day-to-day look like?
Interpret Data Quality processes in terms of cross functional duties and implement procedures to connect and streamline processes
Create knowledge articles and additional resources for cross-functional customers (managers, employees, HR community, Finance community, other People Services functions)
Be the primary interface with customers for advanced data quality issues, including the review of customer requests to assess and mitigate customer needs and respond accordingly
Act as the point-of-contact for potential pay impacting or employee record issues
Ability to investigate and analyze issues to take multi-step resolution processes while understanding the downstream impact
Evaluate, correct, and resolve information in the central HR system that impacts the information flow to Digital Technologies, Finance, Payroll, and Benefits
To interpret complex company and business unit policies and procedures, and convey them in a simplified customer-focused manner
Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
Maintain internal and external relationships with established vendors and stakeholders following standard escalation procedures
Utilize multiple online systems and CRM tools, such as ServiceNow, SAP and Workday to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, complete requests, and help resolve employee, manager and HR inquiries and requests
Utilize the case management system to document and escalate inquiries following defined process steps to achieve required service level agreements
Recommend ways to ensure quality, compliance management, and process improvements using continuous improvement tools and resources
Recommend enhancements, automation, and self-service opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Be the subject matter expert for relevant People Services and company-wide procedures, while sharing knowledge with other resources
Work with all areas of People Services, Enterprise Services, and Centers of Expertise to ensure that customer expectations and overall performance targets are met and/or exceeded
Achieve quality standards and identified goals and metrics
Share functional and technical knowledge with the team
Assist in training exercises to develop other team members
Complete all required development and compliance training as needed
Complete Special Projects and any other duties assigned by the manager
Provides Tier 0 support to the customer and escalates as necessary

French and English communication skills (written and oral) with all levels of the organization
Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft O365 applications
Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential material in an ethical manner
Typically requires 8+ years of relevant experience with a DEC, or 10+ years with a high school diploma

This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
