As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll play a vital role in expanding Ivanti’s presence and driving growth in the Japanese market—identifying prospects, engaging clients, and igniting conversations that create lasting value.

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of our go-to-market strategy. You’ll identify new opportunities, set qualified meetings, and help our sales specialists and account managers better understand customer needs—enabling us to deliver solutions that truly make a difference. Your role blends proactive outreach, strategic thinking, and effective communication, ensuring every customer interaction elevates the Ivanti brand and supports our wider business goals.

 

What you’ll do:

• Connect with prospective and existing customers through high-volume outbound calls and emails, targeting key decision-makers and influencers.
• Execute strategic campaigns by aligning closely with sales, marketing, and channel teams.
• Drive the business development process from initial outreach to setting meaningful meetings for our sales team.
• Research accounts and personas to tailor your approach and maximize engagement.
• Participate in regular team planning sessions, sharing insights and collaborating to refine our strategy.
• Track activity, manage pipelines, and maintain meticulous organization to meet and exceed targets.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and innovation within the team and broader go-to-market efforts.

• Fluent in Japanese and English
