The Telesales Intermediate Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides training for telephone representatives for business campaigns.
  • Monitors the results of each campaign in the telephone centers.
  • Monitors and evaluates indicators of quality parameters.
  • Implements and executes initiatives to achieve results.
  • Verifies fulfillment of goals and hours worked of each representative.
  • Coaches sales representatives.
  • Implement the operational criteria for each campaign.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 expierence in banking or marketing.
  • Good analytical skills and decision-making.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented
  • Proactive leadership and motivational skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Funciones:

La función principal de esta vacante es el impulso de la estrategia comercial desde el enfoque a las personas.

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar estrategias acerca de la experiencia del colaborador  desde su ingreso a la institución para comunicarle toda la información de beneficios, reconocimiento, cultura, etc. con el fin de que el colaborador viva una experiencia positiva que dé como resultado su permanencia en la institución.
  • Otorgar facultamientos: tramitar accesos a sistemas.
  • Generación de KPIs en la parte de rotación, cobertura, permanencia, retención de colaboradores. altas, bajas, motivos de baja, etc.
  • Estrategia VOE.
  • Ser el enlace con áreas del banco como medicina preventiva, recursos humanos, cultura, beneficios, diseño organizacional entre otros, para crear estrategias.
  • Participar en proyectos multidisciplinarios para incrementar las ventas.
  • Presentación de resultados a Direccion del canal

Requisitos:

-              Licenciatura terminada. Deseable psicología / pedagogía.

-               Experiencia 2 años en áreas enfocadas al trabajo hacia colaboradores (capacitación, recursos humanos, cultura, beneficios)

-               Conocimiento y uso avanzado de teams y zoom

-               Nivel intermedio de Microsoft Office.

-               Facilidad de palabra.

-               Facilidad para  relacionarse con otras áreas y crear estrategia.
